Hi James, I can't help much re. you Mailer problems, I do use sendmail on machines with multiple delivery options but it is a real pain to set up. Having seen Exim mentioned in this group, I will be looking at that... Re DNS, I can let you have a copy of my files, I have a DNS on my system that replies directly with data on local systems and uses forwarding to my ISP for unknown addresses.
