Sure, you can just put the radio on SSB.. if you use 1200 mode, you will end up with real FSK on the air. No need to tell the soundmodem any of this. Unless you want 300 bps -- which AFAIK isn't supported. Sorry I can't help with the eye diagram -- although it was mentioned on this list a while ago that the eye diagram is irrelevant for 1200 anyway. 73 Hamish VK3SB
