felxnet <> linux

Hi  all,  I  have  a  little trouble,  I can't link the flexnet  in one PC
(O.S. DOS)  to another PC (O.S. Linux), through ethernet card. In the Linux,
I have installed the BPQ emulation, and in the DOS I have installed the ether
driver. Linux "see" the Pcflexnet, but Pcflexnet doesn't "see" Linux.
Have you got any idea?
