Duty Cycle 2 Min. On, 1 Min Off
Spuriuos Radiation > 60 dB Below Carrier
Harmonic Radiation > 60 dB Below Carrier
Modulation Varactor Controlled Direct FM
AttachTimeToStableData < 8mS
Audio Responce Flat
Distortion < 5%
Data Modulation Level
3.5 KHz Devation 50 mV RMS
Apprx, Current Drain
at 2 Watts Output 900 mA

All in all a very good little radio for simplex work, but rather deaf
compared to say a Motorrola MC80.
To increase duty cycle i took apart the final stage and placed the
transitor into a larger cooling plate, the freq, stability increased
dramaticly and of course full duplex became possable.

I belive the KS900 has been succeded by the KS100 which is said to be 5
watts out, as to its specs i have no idea, i would be very interested,
espesally results with High Speed packet, > 38k4
