Missing files AX25 Utils

Since no body has answered my first few posts on this issue, I will toss
another log on the fire here.

In short, my AX25-Utils-*** will not compile due to procutils.c throwing up
during make. I noticed that procutils.o is missing somehow.

Did I get a bum distribution of AX25-Utils? At any rate, how do I get this
file back?
