newqpsk?

I'm all setup to use newqpsk and need somebody to talk to.
(hmm, sounds like a Country and Western song title :-)

Anyone else out there using it on a regular basis?  I'm already aware
of the 3590 frequency, but that's a bit far from Washington state.
Anything on other bands, and or closer?
