I asked this question of Dave Benson (NN1G, the designer) and he
replied that it is not dependent on DigiPan and should work with any
PSK31 software. He realized that the web site implied that DigiPan was
required and I believe he is planning to reword that.
There is some PSK31 software linked from radio.linux.org.au which
should work with this rig. I plan to get one myself as soon as I get a
bit more settled into my new QTH.
