That'd be interesting... what were you thinking, a Java applet?
I suspect it wouldn't work that well to tunnel a real-time interactive
connection over http; I wonder if anyone has tried.

There is a Java implementation of ssh, FWIW... but maybe the firewall
blocks that too.
Also the Linux node daemon uses port 3694 by default, so maybe the
firewall will let you telnet to that. You can try it out by trying
to telnet to my sytem:
telnet gw.kb7pwd.ampr.org 3694
