This is expected behaviour: you cannot have user-to-user connections
with DAMA. Everbody on the channel has to use the DAMA master, which
isn't much a problem with Flexnet, BTW: instead of connecting dl1bke
directly you just connect dl1bke via db0anp (db0anp the DAMA master
here). The Flexnet node does hop-to-hop acknowledge for every
digipeated connection, hence it will not lead to additional
packet loss. Quite the opposite: you don't have a hidden station
problem anymore -- assuming the DAMA master has a good location,
but it wouldn't make much sense to build a network node otherwise. ;-)

Your remote user should get its data as soon as Flexnet polls you,
but the DAMA slave (your station) will not send command poll frames
or react to them w/o the DAMA flag set...
