I don't know why I'm just noticing this now, but this patch that you picked up
also has a "hyperv_fb" spelling typo in the Subject: line. To match historical 
practice,
the Subject: line really should be:

Drivers: hv: vmbus: Remove reference to hyperv_fb

If it's something you can clean up easily, that would be nice. If it's a pain,
don't worry about it.
