· Participate in design and development of reusable frameworks and components to provide reliable, secure, scalable and highly available systems · Lead software teams for turn-key projects with consistency and high quality · Provide architecture and estimation support to sales team · Share knowledge of expert area through coaching and mentoring. Required Qualifications · Java subject matter expert · Experience in Linux as a development and deployment platform · Experience in programming TCP/IP servers, client-server solutions · Knowledge for large scale deployment · Strong RDBMS development · Fluent in developing web services, server side scripting, browser scripting, · Coding skills for Java, C, C++ · Knowledge on software development environments, process and tools are musts. · Experience in object oriented design using UML · Familiarity for various software development platforms · +5 years experience · No military obligation for male candidates Education Bachelor degree for Electronics/Computer Engineering.
