Deliver compelling recommendations which directly result in the closing of new sales. * Gain an in-depth understanding of customer business and IT environment; collaborate with sales team to assess the potential application of Red Hat products. * Use skills as a technical solutions expert and understanding of Open Source industry best practices to guide selection of techniques and technologies for delivering solutions. Interact in an authoritative fashion with Red Hat sales team and customer senior management. * Communicate value, progress and status of sales opportunities to all stakeholders. Share knowledge and findings to allow SA team members to learn from your successes and mistakes. * Provide follow-up support in disseminating technical information on specific applications. Prepare detailed product specifications and implements detailed customer installation plans. * Represent Red Hat to the customer and the customer to Red Hat in sales-related matters.
