We’re a hardcore software start up with locations in Turkey, the United States and the Netherlands, offering open source solutions in bleeding edge technologies involving cloud computing (Big Table and Map Reduce), highly available cloud backed protocol services, identity management, distributed database systems, security and network operating systems. Our unique culture and vision combined with our objectives in various open source communities dealing with extremely challenging technical areas offers an environment like no other for our engineers who will not find this opportunity anywhere in Turkey. Consider our venture a Paolo Alto company located in Turkey where our engineers are our most valuable assets. We intend to invest heavily in their training, send them to OS conferences world wide, get them all Macintosh laptops and promote their open source careers as producers, not just users of open source. Prominent open source professionals will be brought to train and integrate our engineers into key open source projects. In the end, our engineers will be well known professionals with open living resumes on the Internet showing their achievements instead of weak CV’s with a bunch of acronyms that everyone and their grandmother lists. There’s no way for candidates to have all the skills we need, for this reason we’re looking for aggressive, self driven, quick learning brave people with the will to power. We succeed if our engineers are in coder nirvana and happy in the zone knowing they’re taken care of. We’re here to provide a framework for our engineers: the customers, the opportunities, the training, the open source projects, and the corporate infrastructure to build an incredible company. Everything will be provided. We even provide living accommodations, free meals, laundry services, and cleaning services; you name it you got it. All you need to do is learn and write code. It’s now up to our engineers to turn this into a success by leading a meritocratic company: doer’s lead by doing. Our aim is to share knowledge, share profit, share equity and reach success together as a team; we’re not here to leach off hard working engineers like other crusty companies. They don’t get it.
