Our client is seeking technical support specialists to join their tecnical
support team to reply cutomer tickets all over the world.

Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and
applications,
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks,
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving
software faults,
Supporting the roll-out of new applications,
Reporting of work volumes in ticketed and unticketed activity.
Desired Skills & Experience

Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
IT knowledge in fields of; Networking, Domain and Hosting, MacOS, Windows
and Linux systems, mobile phones,
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, including the
ability to troubleshoot effectively,
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP and WAN/LAN protocols,
Fluency in written and spoken English,
Excellent communication skills,
Highly self-motivated,
+2 years experience
