Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications, Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving software faults, Supporting the roll-out of new applications, Reporting of work volumes in ticketed and unticketed activity. Desired Skills & Experience Enthusiasm and willingness to learn IT knowledge in fields of; Networking, Domain and Hosting, MacOS, Windows and Linux systems, mobile phones, Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to troubleshoot effectively, Basic knowledge of TCP/IP and WAN/LAN protocols, Fluency in written and spoken English, Excellent communication skills, Highly self-motivated, +2 years experience Contact Address : [email protected]
