İstanbul Kadıköy'de bulunan Veri Merkezi'mizde çalışacak ekip arkadaşları 
arıyoruz.

İş tanımı aşağıdaki gibidir:



  *   Monitor network (proactive and reactive).
  *   Monitor facility maintenance (power).
  *   Provide customer technical support.
  *   Answer and complete customer information requests made via phone, email 
or ticket system.
  *   Perform special customer requests in accordance with their respective 
SLA's (Service Level Agreements).
  *   Escalate to appropriate group whenever network outages or assistance is 
required.
  *   Contact key personnel whenever major failure occurs.
  *   Document any provider-level maintenance windows that will be 
service-impacting.
  *   Support Installations on any cable (UTP or Fiber) creations or 
modifications.
  *   Configure / integrate in-house workstations and servers.
  *   Configure / integrate customer servers.
  *   Troubleshoot customer circuits.
  *   Troubleshoot customer routing + switching equipment.
  *   Troubleshoot customer servers (multi-OS including Linux and windows 
distributions).
  *   Perform equipment inventory.
  *   Ability to work on 7x24 shift basis.
