* Principles of Agile development, coding standards, unit testing, documentation * 3+ years practical experience coding OOP in PHP (PHP5+) * Have expertise in cross-browser development (IE, Firefox, Safari), web usability, and interface design * Knowledge of caching types (memcache) * Version control experience (Git preferred, Subversion ok) * Must be team-oriented, bright, creative and an exceptional problem solver. --
