Qualifications: - BS degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering, - Technical skills, experience on any flavour of Unix and Linux are preferable. - Ideal candidate should be self-motivated with ability of adapting to tight schedules and eager to learn, - Excellent command of English, - Ability of analytical thinking and problem solving, - Willing of researching and self-improvement, - An active driver, - No travel obligation, both domestic and abroad, - Military service must be completed for male candidates. Job Description: . Primary responsibility will be providing high-quality first and second level technical support, . Taking initiative to track the issue, analyze and find a solution for a technical problem, . Analyzing the problem and cases, verifying the execution of a process, evaluating the outcomes, . Responsible for various functions in deployment, configuration and support of a solution, . Working environment consists of Customer's IT staff, vendor's support and implementation team, escalating the issues when required.
