New Domain & Bind 4

Hi All

I would like to add new domain to my DNS Server without giving it a new
IP.

I know how to to CNAME like www.canaan.co.il - ftp.canaan.co.il
but don't know how to add totally new xxx.co.il without new IP

Any reference or file example ?
