Here goes:
You put "chatscript" in /etc/chatscript and net-connect somewhere in
your search path
(youll need to run it)
Add the line
<user> * <password>
to /etc/ppp/pap-secrets and
Go to where you put net-connect
when you run it the first time do
chmod u+x net-connect
Run it:
./net-connect
Follow the system messages in another terminal
tail -f /var/log/messages
When you'll break this (with ctrl-c) the connection will drop.
Meanwhile you are connected
Note: There are several, even more correct ways to connect.
This one is the simplest for me to explain to you.
Note #2: If you use KDE, you'll find an easier tool (kppp)
which makes it easier. Mail me ([EMAIL PROTECTED])
for further instructions.
Note #3: This script works at Tel-Aviv area. I ASSUME it works
in beer-sheba too.
