libXm.so.2

Hello all
I'm trying to install jre-1.1.6_v5-2glibc.i386.rpm , but it requires
libXm.so.2
I've looked at rpmfind.net, but couldn't find it (they have a page that
sais - 'provided by :' and then nonthing after that).
what provides this ?
is there a better java runtime package ?
what is the latest version (can't seem to be able to connect to
blacktown.org) ?
it says something about a staticly linked version - any clue ?
