Hello!

The Debian 2.1 CDs have finally arrived. So now, as I promised, you're
welcome to grab your copies. Here are the CDs that are available:

CD 1: main/binary vol.1
CD 2: main/binary vol.2, contrib/binary, contrib/source
CD 3: main/source vol.1
CD 4: main/source vol.2, extras
CD 5: non-free/binary, non-free/source, non-US/binary, non-US/source, extras

The extras on CD 4 is the stuff that CheapBytes added: KDE, 240 plus
page Debian User's Guide in electronic format, 2.2.X kernel in tarred
format (although AFAIK there's a source package in the distribution itself).

The extras on CD 5 is a mirror of the gnome-stage-slink area which has
the following interesting items:
GTK+ 1.2
Gnome 1.0
Enlightenment DR0.15
Lots of Gnome apps, such as IceWM w/Gnome support, eeyes, gnumeric,
gmc, x-chat and more.

Recommended configurations are:
CDs 1,2,3,4,5 for those who want the whole thing
CDs 1,2,5 for those who aren't interested in the source
CD 5 for those who already have Debian 2.1 from elsewhere.

The price is the price of the blanks, 10 NIS / CD, plus 5 NIS for
shipping.

There's another thing that I have which may interest you: have you
seen the Penguin PC badges at http://www.scotgold.com ? If you
haven't, go check it out. These are standard 2.5cm x 2.5cm thick
stickers that vendors put on cases of computers they sell, with Tux
the penguin on them. They look very cute on a computer. I have a bunch
of these, so if you want some, add 3 NIS per piece (that's the amount
they cost me), and I'll send them to you together with the CDs.

So, if you're interested, please finger me for my address (finger
[EMAIL PROTECTED]), and send a check there. Write exactly what disks
you want, and how many penguin badges you want. Also write your
address, and e-mail in case I have any questions. When I get your
check I'll mail you the CDs & badges. You can also call me at
053-809977 at any time if you have any questions.

Be hearing from you!
