There is also __FILE__ that evaluates to the source being compiled (full
pathname: beware)

Erez, imho obtain an ANSI C draft spec or book. I have one (by Waite
Group's, Nabayoti Barkakati (sp ?), about 120 pp, all of ANSI C from
1989-90 or so).
