I'm considering buying one of two CDRW drives - HP 7550i Surestore EIDE or Mitsumi t802TE EIDE. Similar (previous) models of both (HP 7200i and Mitsumi 4801TE) appear in the cdrecord HOWTO so I assume both drives should work.
