I've tried to order Civ:CTP for Linux at Macmillan, and they seem to have
intnl. order delivery cost about $40. I can buy $50 for a game, but I
can't pay this delivery - it's too much. So, the question - if anyone
knows the place that the game can be bought without paying twice the
price?
