Thanks for your involvement, I've found the root of the trouble - the
RedHat package (it's not in fact RH's - from their ContribNet) had no
DTD's in the psgml package. Don't know why... I took the psgml package
from XEmacs' site and it's ok now (and the PHP3 mode too :). I only hope
this contibuted package doesn't have other omissions...
