Ask netvision if they have defined mail.netvision to be MX for all
dialups. Moreover, tell them what you did (ask for a senior system
administrator, who will know exactly how their site is set up), tell them
what error you got (mail it to them), and await their explanation. It is
most certainly due to a specific site setup they use (I can think of a
few, but it's out of the scope of this mail).
