You probably have the AddModule mod_php3.c directive
in httpd.conf while the PHP module (/etc/httpd/modules/libphp3.so)
isn't there. mod_php3.c shouldn't be a real existing
file, but a directive instructing Apache on the order of
module loading. Add PHP3 from RPM or compile with --with-apxs option.
Or remove the directive from httpd.conf.
