HW for Linux

Hi everybody,
Can somebody recommend me , what kind of board for dual processor is worth
to purchase.(Asus,Gigabyte,Intel,Epox,.....) ? 
Or maybe it worth to wait for Athlon dual board ? 


BTW If someone have experience with Athlon ( single processor )
