I don't normally post such stuff, but I just couldn't
pass this one up.
While browsing around a Win2k machine, I noticed a file
called lusrmgr.exe.
I had to double check to make sure I wasn't hallucinating.
I wasn't.
It's actually a "Local User Manager", but...isn't that
the same thing?
