If your motherboard comes with hebrew support, you can
simply boot it into different modes (with vga=)
and run:
consolechars --old-font=iso08.fX.psf

My fonts file has hebrew at ASCII position from 224,
while Windows one has them from 240 methinks.
(and that's a weird thing, since I remember using
BitchX with hebrew and those.)
