If the mentioned window partition is large enough (probably it is) and you are
willing to give up the window stuff that is installed there then it is fine as
the installation will format this partition.
Otherwise you will have to create another partition, possibly by first moving
all the Windows staff so that it will occupy only a known region of the HD.
