But you can always replace your expensive FR by ISDN, add 99 NIS (or
198 for 128Kb), and have your cheap "leased" line, for 7*24 availability,
even with no need for "CIR", special FR equipment, logical ppl, payments
of hundreds of Dollars for your ISP, etc.
