My ISP (israsrv.net.il) has one but I do not know if you will be able to get
to it. I guess it is accurate and stable but I have not confirmed it because
it suits me the way it is. In any case, I believe it is getting its time info
from IIX.
My suggestion to you is to ask NetVision (your ISP, isn't it?).
I do not know if there is a list for Israeli servers. Have you tried the ntp
docs?
