I suggest you to download mozilla (probably you should try the M15 build -
have a look at http://mozilla.org ).
I don't know exactly what have netscape added to the linux build (at least
to the windows build they added some annoying AOL integration stuff). But
one major difference is that you'll be able to view hebrew sites properly
- both logical and visual hebrew (provided you can set the fonts
properly).

And - no. IMO it is hardly stable enough to replace netscape at the moment
(netscape can be resonably stable once you disable java and javascript).
