KDE stops create any windows

   Hello !

I use Mandrake 7.0 KDE desktop.

>From some moment, any attempt to create console window or any
other selected from menu applications does nothing.

Existing windows behaves normal.

I`d like to know whether it is possible to trace KDE events and actions
?
