kde hebrew is mirrored

hi

I've installed kde 1.9.2 and put the hebrew on it ( i18n-he )
but : i see the hebrew writing mirrored !!!


do i :

1. edit a file to tell it to use visual/logical hebrew ? if so how ?
2. download a newer hebrew files ( new i18n-he ) ? from where ?
