less problem...

Hello.
I'm using  tcsh 6.08.00 (Astron) 1998-10-02 (i586-intel-linux) options
8b,nls,dl,al,rh,color

While executing:    less ~/.bashrc
Getting error  :    There is no -= option ("less --help" for help)

Why do I get this error ?
