Just a thought: isn't the command-line more helpdesk-friendly? It tends to
be more predictable, and you can spell-out *exactly* what you want the
client to do.
Furthermore, since there isn't even any standard menu hirarchy all over
the linux desktops, executing a certain command through the command-line
can be the fastest way to run it, if you assume nothing about the other
side.
