Indeed 'hostname' . Also, I dont know which linuxconf version on what distro you
use but linuxconf is, unfortunately, pretty buggy. I use it (or more like
"netconf") only to update some RedHat config files the fastest way. Many times I
use netconf but exit without "activating" the changes, as files were updated
anyway, and continue with /etc/rc.d./init.d network stop .... start.
