actually,
the problem is not with tcl but with eggdrop
we had a lot of problems with the displaying of it.
wingman ( guy from eggdrop devel team) wrote a patch for it
I don't remmber if it got into eggdrop 1.6.4 or is in cvs..
but it should be fixed
