Intellimouse works fine for me under XFree86 v4.0.2. Indeed, Sagi's words
below are what you need, but note that I'm working with Netscape with
scrolling without any knowledge about IMWheel, so you can do this only by
editing your XF86Config file and, like I did, editing also your .Xdefaults
file.

if you need further info, I can send you the relevant parts of my files (but
only tomorrow - I don't have that machine here).

boaz.

Hi Ishai

Basiclly, all you need to do is to add something like:
 'ZAxisMapping 4 5' or 'Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5"' if you're using
X4 to your XF86Config. after that, GNOME/KDE applications should work with
the wheel. for other applications like netscape, you'll have to run
imwheel.
