I work with Cygwin OpenSSH for over 7 months now and it works fine. Cygwin is UNIX on M$ Windoze, So all the interface is command line or X emulated. The Cygwin OpenSSH is the latest OpenSSH, it supports version 1 and 2 and has all the SSH tools including sftp. I use it with rxvt (included in the Cygwin distribution), which is xterm emulator that run on Windoze, displays Hebrew (with the right font) and has cut and paste (with the middle button of course). The Cygwin URL is: http://www.cygwin.com (really - RedHat domain).
