although i use logitech ps/2 wheel mouse, i have searched google
for the "X wheel mouse" string and came up with some site related to this.
in that site there were many dotfiles for xemacs,netscape etc. to
make this mouse work. i don't mess with my mouse since then,
but you can search for this string too and you'll all you need.
