After I switched to using Vanilla IceWM, the strange screen and keyboard
lockup has occured three time already. So far, it happened with KDE 2.2.2,
GNOME 1.4.x and Vanilla IceWM 1.0.9. I find it hard to believe that all of
them have a similar bug, especially vanilla icewm.

Which leaves with the rest of the system: XFree86-4.1.0-17mdk
glibc-2.2.4-9.1mdk, and kernel 2.4.8-26mdk. There's already XF86 4.2.0 and
naturally, the kernel is very out-of-date and all.

I know the system is still active because the latest mp3 is being played.
However, xmms does not goes on playing the other mp3s in its queue, which
I cannot explain, but may give us a hint on what really takes place.

I know that what causes it is some quick mouse operations, which causes
everything (except the mp3 playing to hang up). Leaving the system alone,
does not do it any harm.
