Are you sure?? I got plenty of Hebrew email from MS users, and my
experience so far agrees with the above: usually windows-1255 (similar
to iso-8859-8) and rarely UTF8. I never saw UTF16 in Hebrew email...
Maybe some new XP mail program sends with UTF16?
