Open Konqueror - click on Help and Konqueror Introduction - thats the default Konqueror page - if you want to save it as default - just click on "Window" and "Save View Profile - Web Browsing" 2. If you want a total empty page - look at the Konqueror introduction page again and read the instructions there...
