  You can see below that this network is being advertised by Actcom to the
IIX as 192.117.120.0/21, the AS-path length is one.

  On the other hand (see below the IIX output) it's advertised also as
192.117.120.0/21, the AS-path length depends on where you gather your data
but has either Golden Lines or AT&T on the path. Via Golden Lines it's
being advertised with alot of prepends (8 4148 prepends and 2 9116
prepends). If you are a Golden Lines or a AT&T customer, the AS-path
length from you to Actcom will be the same via the ISPs internal network
as via the IIX. The routing it takes will greately depend on the setup
Actcom has with these two ISPs.
