Yes, this has been the case for quite some time... For your amusement, I'm enclosing below an angry email I wrote them a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, this email bounced (they probably don't pay more respect to SMTP standards than they do to HTTP standards) - maybe someone else know how to get to these people... You should know that Mozilla, for example (see www.mozilla.org) is a fully capable browser (including full Hebrew support) that used to show your site fine until you banned it explicitly. Moreover, an important minority of users *CANNOT* use MS-IE (yeah, thanks a lot of the link... As if we didn't know where microsoft.com is...) - it does not exist at all for Linux or UNIX, and a Hebrew is not supported in it on Macintoshes. Mozilla, on the other hand, works (including full Hebrew support) on all these systems, as well as MS-Windows. Please, don't be condescending. Don't try to force your browser preference on your users that don't really have a chice - instead make sure your site works (partially or fully) on a variety of browsers.
