During the experiment, it would not make sense to limit your bandwitdh.
Since there were only a few users, how would they get heavy load
conditions?

Now that there are paying people out there, what would happen if we all
tried to upload at that speed? The whole system would fall over :-)

Enjoy your large bandwidth while you have it. Soon it will be what everyone
else has :-(

BTW, how do you get around the login to the ISP problem?
