Great. This is exactly the type of answers that I looked for. I appreciate the willingness of everybody here to help, and to teach me how proxies work and what are the relevant HTTP headers. I even appreciate that everybody here tries to convince me why none of the problems of transparent proxies is real. However, I deal many hours at day with internals of proxies, so this was not my request. I just wanted to build a table that will map which ISP's use transparent proxies, is it done for everybody or only for ADSL users, and is it done for any site or only for foreign sites.
